Restore Women's Health & Wellness supports women during postpartum, their most vulnerable time, by coming directly into the home within the first days after birth. We focus on restoring a mother's physical, emotional, and hormonal well-being through evidence-based support. From Light household care to newborn support, Restore creates space for mothers to breathe, heal, and be seen.

This initial visit is designed for connection, education, and thoughtful planning. It offers a supportive space to meet, ask questions, and explore whether Restore is the right fit for your postpartum needs.

If you choose to move forward with a postpartum care package or overnight support, the consultation fee will be applied toward your booking.

Postpartum Care Series

2-hour Initial Consultation with an additional 8-hours of in-home postpartum support.

Ongoing postpartum support visits scheduled in 2 to 4-hour sessions
Postpartum visits are typically scheduled in 2-hour sessions but can be up to 4-hour sessions occurring 1-2 times per week based on need.

Home Cleaning

Limited (1-2 visits) professional home cleaning focused on restoring calm, safety, and order.

Designed for women in vulnerable seasons.
Short-term, no contracts, no pressure.

Overnight Postpartum & Newborn Care

Overnight newborn care, feeding support aligned with your goals, and a steady presence focused on your wellbeing. Parents may choose to rest fully or remain involved; care is always guided by your comfort and preferences.

Restore Women’s Health & Wellness was created to support women through the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of their lives. We believe women deserve care that is unrushed, evidence-informed, and deeply human.

Founded by a Certified OB Registered Nurse with extensive experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Restore was built in response to: time, continuity, and individualized support. Women are discharged home physically healing, emotional depleted. We exist to bridge that gap.

At Restore, we focus on whole-person care, honoring the connection between physical recovery, emotional well-being, and nervous system regulation. Our services are rooted in clinical knowledge while remaining gentle, personalized, and respectful of each woman’s unique journey.
